Our customers often tell us, “you can taste the difference”—and we stand behind that. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of your beef within 30 days of purchase, we will make it right. We’re happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

Because proper handling and cooking are essential to the final eating experience, this guarantee applies to products that have been stored, handled, and prepared according to safe food practices. We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or cooking (including overcooking).
