Shipping policy

We pack and ship on Mondays through FedEx to ensure delivery by the weekend. To request pick up from FedEx and get necessary packaging ready, we need orders in by the Thursday prior.   Unfortunately, shipping rates are expensive and our small business can not absorb the costs. We can ship in the continuous 48 United States. (Sorry, no HI or AK)

Our goal is for you to get the frozen meat within 2-4 days.  Depending where you live, the costs may be higher from using 2-day Air vs. Ground shipping and by the weight of the shipment. Type in your address at checkout to get the cost of shipping. 

Orders will come in insulated boxes or coolers.  When possible, we use a recyclable paper liner in our shipping boxes, and recycled newspaper or packaging to fill the extra spaces. We try to re-use coolers and other shipping material to help with costs.  There will be dry ice and/or gel packs to keep our products frozen.  Please use caution when removing the dry ice. 

We offer FREE local delivery with orders over $100. Select the delivery option and enter your zip to see if you are in our delivery area.  Our deliveries days are Tuesday and Wednesday or contact us to make special arrangements.
